The free Shine On Summer Festival Community Fair and Market kicks off at 10 a.m. and features a Battle of the Bands, food trucks, beer gardens, inflatable obstacle course, multicultural demonstrations, Round Dance, rugby exhibition tournament, kite-making and flying, face-painting, family activities and more.
