Tina Block is an associate professor of History at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. She is the author of several articles on the history of religion, irreligion, gender, family, and place in postwar Canada, and of The Secular Northwest: Religion, Irreligion, and Everyday Postwar Life with UBC Press. Her current research focuses on using archival sources and oral histories to explore the social history of unbelief in English Canada between the late 1950s and early 1980s.
