Bucking Conservatism: Alternative Stories of Alberta from the 1960s and 1970s

Please join Karissa Robyn Patton, Leon Crane Bear, Corinne George, and Mack Penner in this hybrid session discussing their book Bucking Conservatism: Alternative Stories of Alberta from the 1960s and 1970s. This important collection of essays explores “the lasting influence of Alberta’s non-conformists” and provides important counternarratives to Alberta’s reputation as a province dominated by right-wing political views.
