Hi friends!
What a wild U.S. election folks! For the first time ever the U.S. President will have not had experience in some sort of public service before running for the presidency. What does this mean for the U.S.? What does it mean for Canada and the rest of the world? How did such an individual defy all the odds?
On November 18 at 3:00 pm in room UH C610 the Association of Political Science Students Presents: The Aftermath: What Happened and What's Next for the United States.
The event will be a panel discussion to be lead by Dr. Alan Siaroff, Dr. Geoffrey Hale and Dr. John von Heyking, all of which are from the department of Political Science. The professors will be discussing what happened over the last year-and-a-half and what is next regarding the U.S. presidency. The APSS will be supplying refreshments. Please feel free to bring your friends! This is a great chance to get informed on an important issue clouded by misinformation.
Hope to see you all there! If you have any questions please email us at APSS@uleth.ca or check out our Facebook page.
Regards,
Keenan J. Geib, Communication Coordinator
