2026 Long Service Awards and President's Award for Service Excellence Celebration

Thu, May 14, 2026 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Please join us in celebrating this year’s Long Service Awards and President’s Award for Service Excellence recipients on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the Students’ Union Ballrooms (ULSU Building, Floor 3).

This will be a come-and-go event, with a short formal program from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. The celebration will conclude at 4 p.m. We will also be recognizing recent retirees (July 2025 - June 2026), and all retirees present will be asked to stand up and be recognized.

This event is open to all employees and we encourage you to attend to support your long-serving colleagues! Visit the HR Hub to see a complete list of this year’s Long Service Award recipients.

We are excited to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our long-serving colleagues, in gratitude for their many contributions to our university community and we hope you will join us!
