The Office of Institutional Analysis provides statistical reporting and analytical research that inform the decision-making, policy formulation, budgeting, and planning at the University of Lethbridge.
The department’s major functions include collection, creation, and dissemination of standard statistical reports and questionnaires; compilation and submission of statistical reports for Alberta Advanced Education; enrolment management reporting; predictive modelling and forecasting of enrolment; compilation of data for Academic Quality Assurance reviews; collection and reporting of performance indicators for various institutional planning documents; survey administration, management, and reporting; supporting institutional business intelligence and data governance initiatives; and the provision of advice on an ad hoc basis to senior administrators and others in the university community.
