Excursion to Japan in association with Hokkai-Gakuen University in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Includes 18 hours of lectures and language training at the University of Lethbridge prior to departure. In Japan, the daily program includes lectures, language training, numerous social and cultural events, and field visits to sites of natural and cultural significance. Enriching opportunities to meet other students from varied international backgrounds and the homestay immersion experience of living with a Japanese family are significant components of the exchange and the course.

Study Tour of South Korea

Excursion to Ulsan on the south-eastern coast of South Korea. Includes a one-day orientation at the University of Lethbridge prior to departure. In Ulsan, the daily program includes lectures and language training, numerous social and cultural events, and field visits to sites of natural and cultural significance. Enriching opportunities to meet other students from varied international backgrounds in a modern university residence complex, an overnight homestay in the Ulsan area, and a four-day excursion to Seoul are significant components of the exchange and the course.
