The University of Lethbridge Radiation Safety Program encompasses the use and storage of radioactive material (open and sealed sources) and radiation emitting devices (laser and x-ray). Risk and Safety Services provides safety training and technical advice regarding the unique hazards from these types of sources and devices. All questions and inquiries regarding radiation safety should be directed to the Radiation Safety Officer.
