Tuesday, 20th: Participants should anticipate arriving in Lethbridge on Tuesday. Conference registration will be open, hotels will be expecting to check-in guests, and food will be available to purchase at the campus pub (The Zoo). There will be no panels or presentations on this day.
Wednesday, 21st: Concurrent panels and presentation will run all day, from approximately 9 AM – 4:30 PM (exact times TBD). A lunch break has been scheduled.
Thursday, 22nd: Concurrent panel and presentation sessions will run in the morning from approximately 9 AM – 12 PM. In the afternoon, participants have the option of attending the fieldtrip to Head Smashed-In Buffalo Jump
Friday, 23rd : Concurrent panel and presentation sessions will run in the morning from approximately 9 AM – 12 PM. All conference activities will conclude by 12 PM.
