What is this notice about?
Three electrical shutdowns are being planned for University Hall (UH), University Centre for the Arts (UCA), and the University Library to replace the 600V main distribution board and transformers in University Hall.

Why will this happen?
These electrical shutdowns are required to accommodate replacement of the existing 600V Distribution Board and 2 associated transformers in University Hall, which provide electrical power and lighting to UH, UCA, and the Library. This equipment is critical to these buildings’ operations and is well beyond its lifecycle and requires replacement.
Who will be affected and how?
These shutdowns will affect all occupants of UH, UCA, and the Library. All electrical power and lighting will be affected during these shutdowns. Emergency power will not be affected.
