General The date range for this report is Sept. 1, 2018 to Aug. 31, 2023.
2018/2019 -
2019/2020 The physical library building was closed on March 17, 2020. In-person access to library services (borrowing/lending; access to study areas & in-person service points) was unavailable for the remainder of 2019/2020. Library-mediated borrowing of physical materials resumed in Summer, 2022 from a non-Library-building location. Access to electronic library resources (e.g., database, E-collections) and most library services (e.g., interlibrary loan; research assistance) remained available but at a reduced capacity. 
2020/2021 The library re-opened on Aug. 8, 2021 (most classes remained online). Borrowing of physical materials resumed from Library building at this time.
2021/2022 The 24-hour study space launched Oct. 4, 2021.
There was a significant shift back to online classes in January 2022, which was maintained through the remainder of the spring term.
ULFA job action took place from Feb. 10 to Mar. 23, 2022 during which classes were suspended. ULFA faculty did not have access to physical or electronic library materials or services during the strike/lockout period.
In-person learning resumed in May, 2022.
2022/2023 Dspace was upgraded to version 7 in Feb. 2023, impacting the IR statistics.
