Reporting Conduct Violation - Urgent Situations
Any member of the University community who becomes aware of an urgent situation, or has reasonable cause to believe that serious harm to individuals may result, must immediately contact on-campus Security Services (telephone: (403) 329-2345 or call 911.
When the contract is terminated for violation of federal, provincial, or local laws, or for violation of the University or Residence Life policies, as outlined in the Residence Community Handbook of the Student Conduct residence life policy, students will remain liable for their financial obligations.
Your rent will be calculated on a daily occupancy rate or equivalent of one month’s rent to a minimum of $1000.00 (whichever is greater) and the student will be financially accountable for any damages and the required cancellation fee:
