Obtain/Activate/Replace

1. Obtaining Your First Card

You will need to obtain your student ID card from the U of L IT Help Desk located in Turcotte Hall (TH218)

You will need to provide the staff with your University Student Identification Number (found on your Offer of Accommodation) & picture ID.

2. Activating Student ID Card

Residence Village students using Paterson Centre for laundry purposes MUST get their student ID card activated at Housing Services (C420) to gain access to the building.

3. Replacing Student ID Card

  1. You will need to obtain a replacement card from the U of L IT Help Desk located in Turcotte Hall (TH218). Note: You will be charged $10 fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

  2. Residence Dining Plan and Bridge Bucks will already be active on your ID card
