Single Students coming in the Fall term are required to sign an 8 month contract.

Housing License Agreements
Housing Contracts (Lease Agreements) must be properly signed. Once signed by you and a U of L representative, there is a legal and binding agreement in place. Residents will also be required to sign and agree to all content contained in the Residence Community Handbook that each student is provided with. See Residence Policies.
Note: Unit Inspection Forms are a critical component of the contract and are to be completed by every resident upon arrival.
