WELCOME to the Faculty of Fine Arts Living & Learning Community 2019-2020!

Univeristy of Lethbridge Fine Arts students living in Residence have the opportunity to be a part of the Fine Arts Living & Learning Community (FA-LLC). Members of this community will be connected with other students within the Faculty of Fine Arts. Our faculty is comprised of four departments: Art, Drama, Music, and New Media. Students will have the opportunity not only to connect with students from their home department but with other students from across all departments. “No one can whistle a symphony. Fine Arts Living & Learning Community - EVENTS

September 19th from 4 - 6pm

Let us kick off the school right by introducing you to the Fine Arts Advising Team, your Living & Learning Community hosts. We will inform you of how our office can assist you though your acdemic career and tell you about all the amazing this Fine Arts has to offer. Some refreshments will be provided. 
*This event is required to complete the FA-LLC Event Passport

March 2 - 3 (Spring Semester)

"Beat the Line" by coming to see the Adivsors early at this targeted, booked appointment only, event. FALLC students will have the exclusive opportunity to book a 20 minute appointment with an advisor to discuss your next semesters courses and future program planning. 
*One of the "Beat the Line" Advising events is required to complete the FA-LLC Event Passport

December 5 from 7 - 8pm
Starting at the Kainai Lobby
Kick off the holiday season with the Music Department signing carols in the university residences.  Please meet Music Studio Instructor Nick Sullivan, and music students in the Kainai Building Lobby at 7pm. Together from there you will make your way through residence spreading holiday cheer ending at Mount Blakinston House (time permitting). Everyone is encouraged to join. 
February 4 from 6 - 8pm
UH Res D4 Study Room
Work with Drama Faculty member Mia van Leeuwen to level-up your public speaking/presentation skills. Bring an assignment you would like some assistance with and Mia will help you find the skills needed to deliver.
