Access to the University of Lethbridge is currently limited:
  • Working from home is mandatory unless your physical presence is required for operational effectiveness. Deans and department heads will determine the staffing needs for operational effectiveness in their areas. Proximity cards for staff will remain active. Employees who need to access materials in their offices may still do so.

  • Calgary Campus, which is housed at Bow Valley College, remains closed at this time

You need to submit a health check on the uLethbridge Safe app, or through the Being on campus registry

You do not have to do the health check if you are picking up materials from Anderson Hall

Forward an email from your supervisor confirming you need access to campus to facility.servicedesk@uleth.ca.

Pick up your access card and masks

Pick up your campus access card and masks from Facilities in Turcotte Hall (TH101) by scheduling an appointment.

If you already have an access card, your access will be automatically updated.

 If you have in-person classes, you can use your proximity card to enter the building where your class is.

Email Facilities to request a key or proximity card.

Pick up your key/card

Schedule a time to pick up your key/card with Facilities. Bring your employee ID, enter Turcotte Hall through the north doors (down the stairs) and go to Facilities at TH101. Don't forget to wear a mask!

Outdoor spaces on campus are available to all, but physical distancing requirements are in place.
Remember to wear a mask inside campus buildings and whenever two meters of physical distance cannot be maintained.

Visitors

Whether you are using the gym, helping your student get moved in, or going to your child's ballet class, you are still welcome on campus!

All drop-in fitness activities must be booked in advance

Contractors and sponsored visitors will be given instructions as part of safety discussions before coming to campus.
