Please allow up to 2-3 business days (on average) for a response, especially during peak periods.

• Come see an International Student Advisor for: 
  • Study Permit advising
  • Co-op work permit applications
  • Post-Graduation work permit applications
  • Assistance with non-immigration topics

Please have your ULETH student ID card (digital or physical) ready to present to the front desk for check-in purposes

• Drop-ins will be seen on a first come, first serve basis
• Sign-in will require the completion of an online form upon arrival at Calgary Office:
  • QR-code accessible form for smartphone owners

Sessions are: WEDNESDAYS 4:30pm - 5:30pm (MST) in Classroom S6025, U of L Calgary Campus, 6th Floor, BVC South Campus

• The International Weekly Check-in is designed to:
  • Give students the opportunity to ask our International support services questions. 
  • Share comments and concerns.
  • Connect with other International U of L Calgary students.

During these weekly sessions, our International Student Advisor is here to answer your immigration questions in an ONLINE GROUP DROP-IN SESSION

Play Café: Join us for Play Café every first Tuesday of the month to play games and have fun! The in-person Play Café gives you the opportunity to connect with other students, play different board games, laugh, and have fun! All students are welcome!

• When: Every first Tuesday of the month starting on February 7 | 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Monthly Diversity Café: Join us for the Monthly Diversity Café to talk about different cultural events that happen every month. The session will be interactive, so you are welcome to share stories about your culture.
