Student Conduct and Appeals Policy

This section of the Community Handbook is to be used in conjunction with the Student Conduct and Appeals policy as published in the University Calendar.

 

Any member of the University community who becomes aware of an urgent situation, or has reasonable cause to believe that serious harm to individuals may result, must immediately contact on-campus Security Services 403-329-2345 or call 911.

When the contract is terminated for violation of federal, provincial, or local laws, or for violation of the University or Residence Life policies, as outlined in the Community Handbook of the Student Conduct residence life policy, students will remain liable for their financial obligations.

Your rent will be calculated on a daily occupancy rate or equivalent of one month’s rent to a minimum of $1000.00 (whichever is greater) and the student will be financially accountable for any damages and the required cancellation fee:

  • $400 for single students
