We invest in research, development and pre-commercialization projects and activities to the benefit of producers and industry in the province. The major portion of investment is targeted at production issues and applied sciences with strong emphasis on applied technology that benefit agricultural crop producers.

Current Areas of Interest
Depending on available funding, ACIDF manages a number of initiatives, each with their own priorities and limitations. Investments made under each initiative will be decided on relative merit, perceived fit with objectives, and quality of proposal. Keep in mind that each supported project must support the ACIDF business deliverables for that initiative. Availability of funds within these initiatives has a great impact on projects selected for support.
