  • Payroll Deadlines Calendar
    For those of you who use Outlook Calendar (we are still investigating a Mac capable calendar option), the following link will allow you to add the University’s payroll deadline dates into your calendar to advise you when payroll authorization and timesheet approvals’ deadlines are.   This will greatly assist Human Resources in meeting our tight payroll processing deadlines.

  • 2019 Long Service Awards

    The 2019 Long Service Awards are to be held on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 in the Student Union Ballrooms starting at 1:00 PM. The Awards Ceremony is to recognize service for AUPE, APO and Faculty members.

    The Long Service Awards recognize continuous service starting at 10 years, incrementing every 5 years, to 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service. For more information on the Calculation Criteria, visit Long Service Award Calculation Criteria

    If you would like us to check into whether you have service that meets the new criteria, please contact Susan at by January 2, 2019.
