2019 uLethbridge Parking Permit Lottery | FAQ
For the upcoming academic year September 2019 – August 2020, student parking permits will be drawn through a lottery system, as was the process last year.
· You can share a single parking pass with one friend; however, only one student can be registered to the pass. Any parking tickets, lost pass etc. will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
***If you wish to share a pass, email email@example.com or stop by the Campus Mobility office at TH101 with your student ID, license plate number, as well as the make and model of your car and your friends. You will need to state in your email, and sign a document indicating that you take responsibility for your friends when using the pass, which will then be registered in our system.***
· Priority on the waitlist will be given to students outside of Lethbridge and bus zones. The address listed on your student record will be used to determine residence.
STUDENTS LIVING IN RESIDENCE
Students living in residence will apply for a parking permit during their Check-in through Housing Services.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible for the permit sale you need to be an admitted student at the University of Lethbridge by July 10, 2019 by 4 p.m.
Your offer of admission must be accepted and your tuition deposit received to be included in the lottery by July 10, 2019 at 4 p.m. Please take into consideration the expected delivery date of your tuition deposit, considering the length of time for mail delivery through Canada Post and online banking processing times.
