For General Bookings, Conference & Event Services has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have not let us know that your plans have changed at least 24 hours prior to your date of arrival, you will be charged for the first night's stay for all rooms reserved.
For Group Bookings, an attrition and cancellation clause will be signed before your group arrives. This will clearly lay out the expectations and responsibilities for informing Conference & Event Services of any changes to your reservation.
