Learning Specialists Association of Canada: Western Regional Conference

Friday, May 25, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mount Blakiston (Hotel Lux) and Iikaiskini Gathering Place

Learning specialists have the opportunity to attend a variety of sessions on diverse topics, such as how to support the transition to a liberal education, the high school to university transition and a strong tutoring program. Kathleen Massey, the U of L’s associate vice-president (students), and Roy Pogorzelski, director of Iikaiskini Gathering Place, will provide opening remarks.

Young Artists Music Academy final concert

Everyone is welcome to attend this concert which features U of L Conservatory of Music students displaying their many musical talents. Admission is by donation.
