In physics, an annihilation event occurs when a subatomic particle collides with its respective antiparticle to produce other particles. This collision is a useful metaphor for the unruly process of bringing diverse disciplines and generations into contact. This ongoing project delves into derivations, reconstructions, virtual models and more.

Spencer will introduce the Far-Infrared universe in his talk.
